Money & Banking: Mixed Concept-Application Checkpoint
पहले notes और solved examples, फिर options चुनकर Submit & Check Answers करें। Answers/explanations केवल इसी topic के Submit के बाद खुलेंगे। All numerical data and reserve/policy ratios in exercises are hypothetical teaching assumptions, not live rates.
यह checkpoint concepts को interleave करता है; previous posts पढ़ लेना mastery का proof नहीं। पहले numerical की family पहचानें, उसके बाद formula चुनें। Short revision quiz को full official-pattern mock न कहें।
| Question cue | Pick this concept/formula | Check before substituting |
|---|---|---|
| V और T given | Fisher P=MV/T | Transaction T vs income Y; deposit term? |
| k और Y given | Cambridge M=kPY | Nominal income already given? |
| L₁(Y), L₂(r) given | Keynes Mˢ=L₁+L₂ | Nominal vs real; r as5 or.05? |
| Public c और bank r given | m=(1+c)/(c+r); M=mH | Total reserve ratio; fixed H? |
| Fresh reserve injection, no leakages | ΔD=ΔR/rr; ΔL=ΔD−ΔR | Total deposits vs derivative/loans |
| Collateral and margin | Loan=value×(1−margin) | Margin % is not interest % |
| CRR/SLR percentage | Required amount=NDTL×ratio | Hypothetical ratio; which asset holding? |
| Rural institutional funding | NABARD refinance vs bank’s retail credit | No automatic subsidy/forgiveness |
Two-Step Multiplier Change
Public cash preference unchanged but total bank reserve ratio changes under the simplified model.
Worked example: H=100, c=.20, r.10→.20 → old m4, new m3 → M400→300, ΔM=−100।
Interpretation: Same base can support different money stock in this stylised model; does not establish a mechanically timed real-world contraction।
- Without notes: explain each core equation’s symbols, assumptions and direction of effect; draw Fisher, Cambridge and Keynes diagrams with labelled axes।
- After Submit: mark wrong, guessed and slow separately. One line for concept error + one corrected solution. Retest those items next day, then on third and seventh day।
- Unit self-check: explain functions/approaches, solve at least one new application of each formula, compare instruments/bank roles, and correct your mistakes. No completion/score has been inferred from file delivery।
Active Recall / Writing Practice
- Write Fisher, Cambridge, Keynes, multiplier and margin equations from memory; define every denominator।
- Compare RBI, a commercial bank and NABARD in six precise points।
Notes बन्द करके लिखें। Review next day, third day और seventh day. File delivery, study attendance और mastery अलग हैं।
Memory recap: Concept → formula → substitute → interpret; then correct, explain and retest।
Topic Test · 12 MCQs
Original revision questions, official PYQs या full official-pattern mock नहीं। Practice scoring +1 correct, 0 wrong/blank; no claim about official marking. Client-side answers inspectable हैं; this is not a secure examination platform.
